Player of the Quarter (POTQ)

As a competitive team, we will discover outstanding players.  Players who have been outstanding should rightly be commended.

So what makes a Player of the Quarter?

Even though it is the coaching staff’s prerogative on the POTQ, it is needless to say that the POTQ will be greatly scrutinized by fellow players and there are certain traits that all POTQ possess.

1) Sense of responsibility and accountability in representing Schwarz Star
2) Consistency and reliability over a 3-month period
3) Contribution, assists & goals
4) Efficient & effective team play
5) Causes teammates to “look and play better”
